Kaili was born on November 26, 1997 in Vicenza, Italy and is a native to Bassano Del Grappa, Italy, Columbus, GA and Chattanooga, TN.

Self-taught Serial Creative, Entrepreneur and Creative Director of Film & Photography.

First Generation 2020 graduate from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a major in Communications and a minor in Psychology.

 

As a Black/Italian biracial individual, I received life's blessings of both cultures by being a natural born hustler and creative at heart. Fluent in both languages Italian and English. Living alongside many perspectives and supernatural experiences deemed as "The Impossible". Humbled through my many experiences I decided to capture life's most precious gems, people and nature. Although I had a passion for capturing the world through my lens since 2010 using my iPod touch 4th generation at the time, I began officially doing photography and video production professionally with my Canon Rebel T6 camera since December of 2017.

Since then I have enjoyed putting smiles on peoples faces or having a heart felt experience where tears of joy unfold with the magic we create together. It brings me joy at times knowing I have been a part of something so much bigger than what we painted it out to be. I strive for a true connection with everyone I have crossed paths with throughout this journey and to be remembered as someone real with a good heart. 

My motivation comes from those who are inspired to grab their own paintbrushes and paint the bigger picture. The "Bigger Picture" which is really within you, a higher version of one self.

My brand R.A.W. (Real Authentic Work) was officially established, founded & created on June 1, 2018.

R.A.W. is a small Woman and Black owned business solely operated by Kaili Spear.

It was registered as a single member LLC under trademark name Real Authentic Work in May 2020.
